The First German Services Science Conference will concentrate on knowledge intensive services for businesses. It will bring together representatives from academia and industry to create a better understanding of open issues and identify the weaknesses of current practices. The conference aims to shape the scope of a Services Science.

The conference aims to be a forum for stimulating discussion on these topics. The goal is to generate ideas and impulses for further work. The conference will consist of plenary presentations, impulse presentations and panel discussions.
